It was a great day out with a family from America.
We visited Shimogamo Shrine where the unique festival called "Mitarashi-festival" was held.
Lovely daughters enjoyed it very much and they asked me a lot of questions about the city and culture.

It was peaceful atmosphere walking through "Tadasu no Mori"
It is one of the favorite places in Kyoto.

We took a train to the Gion district and visited Kennin-ji Temple and saw the gardens for a while.
We had Soba lunch in the Gion area and it was great lunch.

At the end of the tour we had a tea ceremony. It was a really good experience for them.
