The Japanese tea ceremony has a little diffrent from the daily tea drinking.
The tea ceremony is called Sado in Japanese.
It is a ritual of preparing and serving Japanese green tea, called Matcha, together with traditional Japanese sweets to balance with the bitter taste of the tea.
The host of the ceremony always consider the guests with evry movement and gesture.
Preparing tea in the ceremony means pouring all one's attention into defined movements.
The whole process is not only about drinking tea, but also is about aesthetics, preparing a bowl of tea from your heart.
In this hands-on experience, you will have a great participatuon of the tea ceremony at the tea house located on a beautiful historical path near Kiyomizu-dera Temple.
